A very handy book to own.
I'm not trained in first aid but i find this book to be very easy to understand. It uses clear instructions and handy pictures. The index at the back is also helpful. A very handy book to own.

First aid book to keep you up to date with what’s changed in the world of first aid.
I had to renew my first aid qualification as it expired after three years. This is the book they used during my course and I thought it wouldn’t hurt to have my own copy. Keeps you updated on what’s changed over the last few years. Who would have thought tourniquets would have made a come back! 🤷🏻♂️
