These changes were over a period of a few months, but after a several bottles of wasted prints, and worse the time involved to find the issue, I decided it was finally time to try a different resin. I have since swapped to Anycubic, which is more like elegoo used to be. Your experiences may vary, as little as a single degree in temperature can make a difference in results, but in my situation of running 4 printers 24 x 7 and shipping a dozen orders a week, I could no longer take rhe risk and had to make the swap. I am in the Pacific North West, and left a print in the window sill for a week and it was still not fully cured. But under a UV light on a turn table it is done in 5 to 6 minutes for most prints. Check printer and used a different resin and all was fine. Someone told me to check the batch and expiration dates I ordered 1000g clear translucent on Oct 19, 2021the EXP date was Oct 14 2021 no wonder I had o many fails. The last botted I had here and informed to check dates was ordered feb 2, 2023 500g Grey the pour date nov 10 2021,exp nov 9, 2023. Though it was within expiration, since sitting so long it had gotten so it was not curing well. I have been wanting a local dealer as I have had other issues with shipping as busted bottles and no good response for loss of resin and this issue is a closer.
