Only really two issues I can think of (1) it is difficult to highlight an individual word with the touch screen and (2) I'd prefer it if the screen was blank when it is turned off, as opposed to showing Icarus logo. It was in a hurry to get released, and it shows. A lot of minor things that were just copypasted from other 6" devices that are completely not applicable due to different hardware, and some settings are completely absent since this device doesn't have any buttons when other devices relied on physical buttons to do them.I would have forgiven all of that had the touchscreen worked properly. They patched everything up to remove one bug - when device randomly wants to skip two pages. But there is a second bug where the touchscreen doesn't respond at all after a touch, and then once you press on something again, it decides to process both commands. It is notable that this bug isn't present when wifi is on, then everything works so beautifully, you barely have to breath on it and it would do exactly what you want. But then the battery needs to be charged every day, and who has time for that sort of things. Customer service told me to send the device to them "to investigate the problem further"; here is to hoping that they will fix it, if they do I'll update the review, but so far I'm not holding my breath.On the plus side, it is almost everything I want from an ereader. The screen is beautiful, customization is through the roof, connecting wirelessly to a computer is completely painless, and most importantly, I could actually organize my library... I couldn't even think of going back to something like a Kindle after this. Now only if it worked properly, then it would have been a perfect device.Update: Got it back from "repairs". All they did is reinstall the operating system and patted themselves on the back. The issue with the lag is still there. Throughout this process, there was no communication from them.
