**Q: What is the length of warranty?  Is this the real product?**
A: I didn't pay any attention to the warranty but the product is real. You have to try it for yourself. I know you will be impress with the u styler iron I was. It's worth the money. I have natural hair and it straighten it out. My hair never been this smooth. I love it.C. Johnson

**Q: Does this flat iron on course hair?**
A: This flat iron works great on coarse hair.

**Q: How hot  does the degree get?**
A: It has 3 settings. The highest one is around 440, med around 380 (typical max setting for majority of flat irons)

**Q: Mine has a gap between the 2 irons that my regular flat iron doesn't have. Anyone else?  Having trouble hair slipping out before I get to the ends.**
A: If you got a true Babyliss Pro, there shouldn't be a gap. The plates should line up perfectly and you shouldn't have to apply too much pressure to get the right amount of heat evenly distributed. May check it out with a hairdresser.

She has thick hair, so this might not be good for thin, fine hair. But, if you have problems with thick, kinky hair, give this a try!

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Curls as well as straightens - my hairdresser has one

The curling iron has blades that extend over the bottom of one side, so that you can curl hair on the ends. The other side is just plain, as a flat iron would be. I like to wear my hair straight with a bend at the end. For this the trick is to make sure the blade side is facing you as you look in the mirror. As you go through that hair section, curve it so the ends hit the blade side. I have a hard time flatting my own hair in back. The ends just look straight like a board (but not attractively I don't think). I am learning to use it to curve the very back. As my hairdressser says, it is hard to operate on your own head in the back! It has 3 temps: 340-400-4xx (never used highest one). I wanted to keep my highighted and smoothed hair from breaking and my old flat iron had no temps. I think the 340 is cooler than my old one. I have another iron that curls on one side and straightens on the other; it is better for full curls than straight and it is harder to operate. This one is great for straightening which I do mostly and with end curl/bend.
