The tube is small, but you need very little. EXCELLENT for tunneling or other sounds you can't heal otherwise. I'd been using prescription neosporin (Muprocin) without much help, the next day with this, I was much better!

This actually works well. it's the same as a well known pain medication that you swallow. The difference is that you place the gel on the area that needs releaf and we'll, Ill let your doctor explain the great benefit to you just as my doctor did to me.
