In my experiences this works quickly to help clear passages.
this is a wonderful product. It does help to clear your passages, but this one in particular has helped me to stem a bloody nose if applied immediately with a nose clip. This was as suggested by a doctor to me.

Keeps your nose clear when your sick
Whether you have a nasty cold or just some bad allergies, I use this spray when I’m stuffed up and it works instantly and doesn’t leave a horrible taste down the back of you're throat like some of these products do. My nose is also very sensitive so it helps keep it moisturized and not all dried out. Don’t use it too often though as your nose can eventually become used to it and the effects are not as good

Works when nothing else does
Afrin is the greatest when I’m really congested and nothing else seems to work. It works quickly for me and helps me breathe again when I’m completely stuffed up. I also like the no-drip formula. This is something I like to keep on hand for those times when I really need it.

Works as advertised... Caution over usage can cause a backlash effect. Meaning once it wears off your congestion could be worse,

Works great
I’ve never had a medication work so well for congestion and I’m honestly a little mad I’m only discovering it now. I am however a bit skeptical of it working for 10-12 hours, for me it’s closer to 6-8. It works long enough that I can breathe easy while sleeping

Works very well!
I absolutely love this nose spray! Anytime I have a cold I use it at night time and it really helps me sleep better through the night. If I’m going somewhere the next day, I will use it a few hours prior to leaving and it really helps me where I’m going. I was always hesitant with using nose spray until I found this one and I absolutely love it. You do have to make sure that your head is tilted back when you’re spraying it so you can breathe it in so it doesn’t drip out and then within a half hour I am usually able to breathe.
