Great Everyday Supplement
Ever since I broke my back in three places last December, I needed to find a way to take a proactive approach to daily body maintenance. I have been taking about a teaspoon and a half of turmeric as part of my morning routine every day since January, and have noticed a decline in joint discomfort throughout my entire body. I find this to be a very convenient and extremely economical approach to general health, and I recommend it to anyone wanting to improve their long-term health.

Great for my elderly dog
Got this for my 11 year old Maltipoo and the results are great. After about 5 days of two meals a day with both meals having a dash of this in his meal, he has been more active. Definitely recommend this for aging dogs
