This took me right back to my childhood in the fifties, and my mum, who was an amazing cook. She used to make a lot of her own sauces, and my absolute favourite was her tomato sauce. Well, these guys have cracked it! This sauce is exactly like mums and, in this world of processed junk food, isn't it great that a small company can create a great taste without resorting to chemicals and additives. Sure, it's more expensive than the 'big boys' offerings but, in my opinion, it's worth every penny. Furthermore, I use less than I would have before, thus the actual price difference is reduced.
