Have not tried any sheening inks so far, so really can't comment on the sheening properties of this paper. Pages are smooth with little feedback to nibs. Also, pages are white coloured but not as bluish as the loose copier sheets, which is good. I usually prefer cream toned papers but that is a small tradeoff for this quality.
