Great for getting things done
I take 1 in the morning with my coffee and a aspirin. If I really need to get rocking. I'll take 2 or 3. 1st thing with my coffee. Then I'm jamming out all day. Get ready done.

This product is great and use as directed. Over consumption is not good. Take breaks from it too. But the product works very good for once in a while use.

Good but sketchy...
This stuff wakes you up but it works like shrooms. I got sweaty, hot, and felt high. Good thing I took a day off. The energy lasted like 4hrs but I was to stoned to do anything. Also I could barely eat anything, good for weightloss I guess. I would use it for a workout, and for mindless tasks.

Works great, been taking it for years.
I’ve been taking this product for years. It’s the only one that works well for my caffeine tolerance. I would definitely recommend taking it with food if possible. No side effects other than sometimes I get upset stomach if I take it with no food.
