Good vertical mouse
Love this little vertical mouse for grab and go. It doesn’t hurt my wrist. So far it’s worked very well with no issues. I have small hands and it fits fine. I feel this would fit someone with small or medium hands best.

Very comfortable
I love this mouse! I was used to carpal tunnel from previous mice, and my fingers would start cramping when I did a lot of editing at once... I'd have to rest them... stretch them out... then start again. This mouse has yet to cause my fingers to cramp even after hours of use. It's very responsive and recovers quickly after sleep mode. The only thing, and it's not a defect, but my index finger occasionally gets lazy and presses the clicker directly below it at random times. With a regular mouse this was rare, but with this one and it's 2 inch height, it happens more. Not a huge issue considering I no longer have carpal tunnel in my mouse hand! I don't use it for gaming, but do use it for meticulous photo and video editing. Awesome feel and comfort and response! Love it! * Update * After a couple months use, I am noticing the cursor lagging a bit, and stopping some. Occasionally it'll just stop mid movement. At first I thought it was my finger slightly slipping, but it's happening a lot. Dragging something across the screen and it'll let go mid-way. I tried changing the batteries, no difference, it's becoming annoying. I haven't had one of these vertical mice before, I'm wondering about getting another one to compare... will update one way or the other. * Update * So I purchased another very similar mouse to compare, the "VicTsing Ergonomic Mouse". Turns out being installed UNDER my desk was causing my "lag" in the Memzuoix. Now moved to a USB hub beside the mouse and w the lagging behind me, I continued to compare the two. The VicTsing doesn't feel nearly as stout as this Memzuoix mouse. There is just something that feels "cheaper" w/ the VicTsing. Advantage = Memzuoix Even though they look exactly the same, the VicTsing is ever-so-slightly taller, and I like that better for my large hands. Advantage = VicTsing However, the VicTsing doesn't have the extra "rubber like" grip where the thumb goes. Love that on the Memzuoix. Advantage = Memzuoix The buttons on the Memzuoix are ever-so-slightly more sensitive which means I get a lot of "accidental presses" from resting my finger even slightly and accidentally pressing a button, not so on the VicTsing. Advantage = VicTsing Now that I fixed the "lagging", they are equally responsive and accurate. Advantage = none They are about the same price, though the Memzuoix is slightly less. Advantage = Memzuoix I doubt either are made in USA. Advantage = none So which will I choose to use? I like the rubberized thumb grip, but like the ever-so-slightly taller profile of the VicTsing. With my bigger stronger hands and less accidental button presses, I will be using the VicTsing. If you don't have big hands, I'd recommend the Memzuoix. * Update * After a few weeks using the VicTsing, it's scroll wheel started to squeak, and it started missing clicks, I had to re-click often. Back to using the Memzuoix. Working flawlessly so far.

Comfort
Love the fact that my hand is no longer in that turned over cup position. It now rest comfortably in a natural handshake position. Easier on my wrist. Nice. Connected easily to my Mac. The roller wheel is perfectly positioned and lands right under my index finger. My hands are small/medium and the outer curve is still a good fit. I like the rubber thumb rest on the opposite side side, it allows my thumb to rest naturally and not fight to maintain it’s resting position. I got this before Christmas and have had no battery issue. Starts right up. Not bad for the price.

Very Comfortable! Will never revert to a horizontal mouse Again!!
I work from home and have to be on my laptop for hours a day. I noticed my wrists would start to hurt half way through the day and didn't want to get carpal tunnel. I was searching for a more comfortable mouse and had never heard of or seen a vertical mouse before. I liked the listed features of this one and gave it a try and I fell in LOVE LOVE LOVE!! It is sooooooo comfortable, I have not had any wrist pain at all, the buttons are easy to use, you can program the buttons to your liking/commands. It is also very lightweight and smooth scrolling. The only thing is, it is for right hand only, you cant use for both hands, which is fine with me. It takes two AAA battery so I use rechargable batteries and keep a extra set in my bag.

Great item to save money and have a reliable mouse on the cheap side!
I love this mouse for some reason it doesn't matter if it breaks, cause I'm clumsy and I'm always throwing stuff on the floor every time I love, I still come back to this mouse and buy it again cause is realible, great, and easy to use, and I always get the one on sale so it is a great price regardless of the color! It goes to sleep when your not using it, so it saves you more than a month of battery life, maybe more than 2 months, I bought it long ago and have only put one set of batteries and I use it every day for work, I think is a great quality, connects good and easy, instantly I would say, it is a very sensitive mouse so the clocking is a little sensitive, the clicking sound don't bother me so... For me is great!

Functional but not prefect
Just received my Memzuoix vertical wireless optical mouse. Not quite as tall as my last mouse (Perixx PERIMICE-804 Bluetooth Vertical Mouse) and just a bit heavier so a little less comfortable for me. I find my hand sagging down a bit but still ergonomically well designed. Seems to track well and scroll works fine also. The feel is good and I like the rubberized thumb grip. The page forward and back works as intended. The buttons and scroll bar feel like they are placed well. The DPI on the box states 800, 1200, 1600. The site had 800, 1200, 1600 in the title and 800, 1600, 2400 in the description. A few small annoyances. The click is a little loud for my liking. Not a big deal just used to a quieter mouse. Finally, I find it a little uncomfortable that it's a little tackier moving around than my other mice. I find that the metallic like label on the bottom is tackier than the smooth plastic on the rest of the bottom and causes the mouse to drag slightly when moving around. It doesn't drag too much and maybe Ill get used to it. Overall seems like more than a serviceable mouse at a decent price.

Impressive Value
Fantastic mouse pad with a clean and simple look. Great colour (I went for red) with a very comfortable wrist-rest and plenty of room on the mat itself for even a large gamer's mouse. The "tacky" underside keeps it in position but it can be re-adjusted easily enough. Great value for money overall
