## Questions & Answers

**Q: Can these be used on tilt out vertical windows?**
A: Don't know about tilt but absolutely vertical slide windows. You won't be disappointed

**Q: My window keeps creeping up, bc i cant latch it, since i have a window unit it it. Will this keep the window from sliding up on its own?**
A: as long as it is the correct type for your window track, yes it will. did not work on mine.

a suggestion: drill hole above window in track, and use a screw to hold window in place. you may always remove the screw if/when necessary.

**Q: Can these be used on single hung vertical opening windows?**
A: Dear customer, I think the Tahikem window locks fits your needs.

**Q: Can these move depending how far I want the window open? I want the lock to be removable when I want it open the whole way.**
A: Yes. you adjust the lock to the position you want and then use the keys to tighten them in place. They have a protector piece that goes between the bolt an the window to protect from any damage. They work great and have 2 types of keys so the flat key will work with the ones you might put on the window where there is a sill.
