Are these better than the non-reversed/calssic hooks? (or in some ways better or worse)

The reverse helps in some situational areas with free weights n lifting /pulling situations ….. but if I had to choose one or the other for my workouts, I’d jus stick with the classic grip version

The size char isn't available, and there are two sizes. how do i know if i am a m or l? it only says female m and men l but i don't have a huge wrist

I bought the men size L for my husband, they are Adjustable . You can get the women size unless you have very huge wrist. They are very sturdy.

I have 6.75 inch wrists, will women’s size fit me? Or should I get men’s?

My wrist is almost the same, I use the glove and it fits easily, very secure. I could probably tighten it a bit more but that would be excessive. If you are worried get the smaller unit.
