Got me through the Foundation exam...
A very simple and clear summary of the ITIL V4 basics and principles. I'd been though the course over a year ago but lockdowns, various work and health issues meant I'd missed the exam. Bought this just a few days before, read through it 3 or 4 times. Passed the exam.

Really helpful for exam revision
Read the whole book in the bath the morning of my exam. It really helped my preparation and passed with 95% score

Pure gold!! Eliminated the need for flash cards
I read this book cover to cover the whole day before the ITIL exam, don’t waste time with writing flash cards which I initially did before discovering this book, this has it all! This book along side Jo Peococks course on ITPROTV enabled me to get a 90% score.

Gets You Through The Exam!
I did an online ITIL4 course and used this as a revision guide. I sailed through the exam and this book really helped.

3 missing practices!
Good book to use for revision, however there are 3 ITIL practices, of the 18 needed for the foundation exam, missing from the book. Availability management, capacity & performance management and service continuity management aren't in the book ☹️

la delusione è stata immediata, una opuscoletto 12cm x 20cm spesso mezzo centimetro, all'interno una lista di definizioni molto scarne di concetti che richiedono un ampia conoscenza. Non si capisce a quale pubblico sia rivolto, un esperto lo può apprezzare ma non se ne fa nulla, un neofita avrà una check list di argomenti, ma non potrà imparare perché non ci sono spiegazioni o approfondimenti oltre al titolo. Un opuscoletto come tanti altri che normalmente sono gratuiti!
