Only sent one of two pieces. A two piece fishing rod only works with both pieces. I know it’s a very good surf rod. But you really need both pieces.

Nice rod. Highly recommended.
Using it for surf perch. It’s a little stout, but that’s okay because it will allow me to catch bigger fish. The rod is of high quality and I have no complaints. Castings is a smooth breeze.

Good Rod but Had Small Marks
The rod looks good and feels solid overall. The only issue was the connection area had some marks like it may have been assembled before, but everything else was fine and works well.

Great rod but TERRIBLE SHIPPING
5 stars for the rod itself, but 2 stars for Amazon shipping. The rod arrived with scratches, after Amazon shipped it in a thin plastic sleeve. Seriously?? Put it in a tube for cryin out loud! Didn't notice the scratches until I was snaking t he line through the guides. WTF! Now, I'll have to touch it up.
