It will allow for up to 10 mph run speed (6 minute mile) and has a 10% incline grade. Sixteen different workouts (8 fat burning and 8 cardio) along with the normal manual adjustments. Heart rate seems mostly accurate, but may take a couple of readings. We are walkers and joggers so the unit works great for our family. We received this super fast from Amazon and putting it together takes 90 minutes or so just dealing with the package and whatnot. Per the norm, you can expect a little frustration putting the unit together with sitting screws and ensuring things meet properly. I find the width and length of the tread belt to be more than satisfactory even with long strides. The unit also has a 1/8" input for your music device or phone to play over the built in speakers on the console. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good for the price. *by J***F on Reviewed in the United States on February 28, 2018* It's a $400 treadmill, so I wasn't expecting the best of the best. Assembly was a bit difficult to get things lined up, but I managed to get through it in about an hour. I did break the bottom half of the pulse bar during installation, but it can't be seen, is not noticeable even when holding the pulse bar, and doesn't affect the performance. The incline is a little slow to adjust, but it does get there. I'm not a speedy guy anymore, so 10 miles per hour is more than enough in speed. I was originally a bit worried about the width of the belt, as it's only 16" wide, but I ran on it a bit, and there's plenty of room for my gait. I've seen other reviews that say you can't run on this treadmill, but I have to disagree. I weigh 175 and there was plenty of room and not uncomfortable to run on at all. I also wanted to test the several complaints that I've read about how loud the treadmill was, so I turned on the TV, and I didn't even need to adjust the volume in order to hear it. I guess people are expecting a treadmill to be entirely silent, or they did something wrong and messed up the motor. Overall, this is a great treadmill for the price. Of course there are features left to be desired, but they come with price. So far, so good. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Trying the auto calibration almost makes the device useless because it still gets stuck *by T***K on Reviewed in the United States on September 15, 2017* Well, dollar for dollar, I guess it's okay, I only paid about $275 for it. The incline gets stuck when it's raised to the highest incline and I need to take it apart to manually lower it. Trying the auto calibration almost makes the device useless because it still gets stuck, and then it can't complete the calibration and retries to calibrate every time the power is turned on. Which meant I needed to take it apart with the power on and never turn it off. I finally got the calibration to completely cycle, but frequently need to reverse the motor wiring to get the thing to lower back to zero incline. Now I never set the incline above 50%.It also make a very loud squeaking noise when I use it If I have my TV on while I'm running, I need to turn on the stereo and turn the volume way up just so I can hear anything.One minor issue I have is that if I use the device twice without resetting the timer, the machine will shut down after 100 minutes.
