Soccer training
This harness was Easy to strap on and off for quick athlete turns. So far looks very durable hoping it last a few years. The resistance rope is more of medium grade not heavy but it does the job. Not a bad price for also getting a belt strap.

Cheaply designed
I was testing this with my son and the belt clip broke. The cord then retracted back and whipped him. The product is cheaply made and not reliable. Don’t buy it.

Super training tool!!
This was some of the best money I’ve ever spent! This bungee system works so well, in the pool and on land! I clipped it to a dog stake in the ground for land work, and on my step railing in the pool. The shoulder straps are padded and very comfortable. I highly recommend this product!

Terrible quality and will break easily
I purchased five of these for my husband’s high school basketball team. Four of them broke and one actually hurt one of the kid. This is terrible quality and dangerous. I was embarrassed that I even purchase this product . I would discourage anyone from purchasing.

Dangerous!!!
The very first time my son used this, the D-ring on one of the harnesses failed. It literally split apart, which caused the bungee cord to snap back at my son’s back. The strap along with the metal clip struck him full force and injured him. He and a friend were using it exactly as it is shown to do. Very dangerous! Don’t buy!!!

The belt broke in the very first use. Athlete was about 65 lbs total. Would not recommend to anyone.
