This is NOT in a glass jar. This is in a plastic jar, and it does not specify. Plastic is notorious for leeching BPA, BPS, phthalates, and other chemicals into fats like butter, oils, and nuts. Whenever we have purchased it before, it has always been in a glass jar. I went to Artisana's website, and they now make both glass and plastic jars. This should be specified on the page, but it is not.

Tastes like sugar with a little cocoa added….. perhaps roasting the nuts before you grind them would impart more nuttiness, I expected more flavor.
