I shoved it into an M350 Mini-ITX case (60mm tall case) and it fits just fine. Better cooling performance than the stock HSF by a mile. Temperatures never reach over 40C even under max load (CPU + GPU) despite a slight overclock ( 2.2GHz CPU + 630 MHz GPU). Even at maximum the fan cannot be heard, especially if you have a mechanical HDD, although to be honest the heat sink is large enough that you could could probably run the chip (Athlon 5350) without the fan in an open air case (never tried it so...the risk is yours, i take no responsibility).
