Very good quality Camera
Originally I purchased Z5 Body and Nikon mount adapter FTZll for use old Nikkor F Lenses but I did not like focusing there for returned them and replace with 24-200mm set. Very fast focusing but be careful of shooting close up photo, Does not focus good if the distance is too close to subject. I am still learning it because this is firs t mirrorless camera but I love it.

Great camera, Adorama provides top notch service
Decided this was the best model for my particular soiree into mirrorless portraits and landscapes. Long learning curve for an old D80 guy. Lots of new features to explore but with the same feel as my old Nikon. Looking forward to taming that learning curve.

UPDATE COOL WEATHER PERFORMANCE SUCKS For a primary stills shooter, a good value full frame camera
COOL WEATHER PERFORMANCE THIS AM IT WAS 48 DEG F IN PHOENIX AND MY Z5 EVF AND SCREEN BECAME INTERMITTENT....TOOK A DOZEN SHOTS AND ALL WORKED FINE. WALKED A HALF MILE, TURNED CAMERA ON AND IT TOOK ABOUT 30 SECONDS FOR EVF TO WORK. A COUPLE OF TIMES I JUST GAVE UP ON THE SHOT. I HAD A SPARE FULLY CHARGED BATTERY. IT DID NOT MAKE ANY DIFFERENCE. CAME HOME. IN THE HOUSE ALL IS FINE. NIKON SPEC APPARENTLY SAYS 32 DEG F. HAD PREVIOUSLY USED ONE EVENING WITH TEMPS AROUND 40 DEGREES. FIRST ISSUE I HAVE HAD ...WITH AROUND 7K SHOTS. For Nikon stills shooter the ONLY thing missing from this camera is the pop up flash... The OLED viewfinder is just wonderful...Auto focus very quick and accurate..Love the AF joystick In body and lens stabilization have allowed me to shoot handheld with low shutter speeds Have run auto ISO to 6400, with no noise that I could see...Rated 8X that. I have shot humming birds a 1/6000 Thought I would miss the top plate display, but the i button gives much more info... Took about 50 shots to get used to it...And then the ability to quick change all settings from the i screen Touchscreen by far the most responsive of any camera I have used. Dual SD card slots for me are a must have... Sale price was less than you can purchase a new D750 today...Wonderful upgrade from the D750 in every way except the flash. Very long way from the D7000. The focus motor on my 24-120 lens on the D750 went out....Justified new buy vs repair...

Outstanding upgrade
I'd been shooting with a Canon T5i for years and finally decided to go full frame. My buddy suggested mirrorless and this one in particular. SO GLAD HE DID. This thing is a dream. SO much more functionality, ease of use, programmability, light gathering ability. The list of "better" goes on and on. I'm so glad I made the jump. It's taken my photography to a whole new level.

Awesome Camera!
I upgraded from a Nikon 5500 so this was a big leap in technology. I absolutely love this camera! It is pricey but easily justified if I can own it for a decade like I did my last Nikon. The 24-200 kit lens is a must. Its not heavy at all and takes full advantage of the Z5 features. I also recommend the FTZ converter and a flash. No built in flash on the Z5. You can't go wrong with a Z series.

Excellent in every way image quality brilliant Build tough . I have had it out for testing. In north Idaho and the great snowies. Matches or bests the fuji xt4 in every way. The latest review ..handled I the below 0 temps perfectly. Very pressed with the camera and lens. Only complaint flippy back screen no good nikon sad the camera is top end I have a back up camera z50 also excellent except for the flippy screen not use full the 2kit lens that came with kit are useful no problems

The camera itself is great, and the quality met my expectations, but I was really disappointed with the return policy. Nowhere in the product specs or Amazon’s general return policy did it mention that there is a mandatory 25% restocking fee when returning an item. This fee significantly reduces the refund amount, and I feel this should be clearly stated upfront. It's frustrating to find out after the purchase, and it left a bad impression on an otherwise decent product.
