Nice neat little pen. Very lightweight. Would not buy again as would prefer the higher quality of the metal Cross pens in future. Ok for price paid though.

Arrived with gooey label round the pen and no gift box.
Arrived with no gift box, just a label stuck to the pen... Which when peeled off left a gooey residue all round the barrel and nib end. This is supposed to be someone's birthday present. Hilariously the label listed what it was, pen, cartridge and gift box. Tatty and un-giftable. Think I'm returning it.

There were no lifetime guarantee details , in fact no paperwork at all in the box or packing
This is for a gift, and I am disappointed that no paperwork regarding the pen or it's lifetime mechanical guarantee, were included in the box presentation. Nor can I find access those details on the advertisement. How ca I access the details?
