Eliminated my anxiety!!
I am SHOOK. I have severe anxiety and take medication for it. However, I still get nighttime anxiety. It’s mild, but still there. I’ve tried so many other herbs/supplements and nothing worked. People kept raving about ashwagandha, which I did try. Ashwagandha did absolutely nothing for my anxiety, and I took it a while. This, which the first hour of taking, not only completely rid my anxiety, but gave me a sense of calm!! I’m blown away. It definitely works. I would say ashwagandha works for stress, but definitely not anxiety. Lemon balm is a miracle for anxiety! I take 15 drops in a small cup of warm water in the morning and do the same at night before bed. I haven’t felt this good in a long time. I will also stick to this brand due to no added ingredients and I love the way it tells me how many drops to use, unlike a lot of other brands. It’s a very mild taste, almost like honey mixed with lemon. Super mild, super tasty, and perfect to add to a small cup of warm water.

In case yall didnt know read below
Haven't taken it but im pretty sure it works since i use many of their products as wellThe reason I haven't used it is because in order to Get the healing benefits of the lemon balm I have to be detoxedFrom metals mold and candida.Im working on the candida and mold and will get the metal retainer in my mouth removed too so I can actually get the benefits from it.To detox from candida you have to let go of all carbs/Sugars including dairy for a while anything that spikes insulin really bread crackers pasta etcYou can eat chickpea pasta tho chickpea tortillas quinoa tortillas things like thatAnd to detox from mold you have to get away from it and spend more time outside breathing fresh airTo detox from toxic metals get rid of your Teflon pans (cookware and bakeware) use ceramic glass or stainless steel and start drinking green juices that include cilantroCilantro is like a magnet it attracts the heavy metals and flushes them through the urine. If you have any metals that are visible in your mouth have them changed for plastic removed or see other alternatives if you have metal or black fillings make sure they aren't mercury fillings or just have them changed to Composite Resin or any other that doesnt have mercury.Do all this for a month and you'll be good if you plan to keep drinking the lemon balm drops and want to get the benefits then keep on with everything else except the green juices you don't want to over do itBy then I assume you would've changed your cookware including bake ware so you're good.

Im pregnant and this calms me down...take lowest dose vs tea dose
So I take the lowest dose which is 15 drops. I tried one day with 5 drops, no effect. Then 10 drops, no effect. I went with 15, and it had an effect. It says the maximum is 45 drops a day (15 drops, 3 times a day)--but I only take 15 and I'm good, but if I needed more, I would probably not take the product because its an extract and extracts are more potent than teas. So I wish there was mg information in order to better calculate a safest dose, but they dont disclose that. However, I compared with other commercially available lemon balm in tea form. They disclose the mg info and each lemon balm tea bag was like 1,500 mg per bag. So, I just hope that the 15 drops I take daily is less than or the same.I started taking lemon balm after reading online on the American Pregnancy Association, Health Canada, and other less reputable sites, pregnant women have been using lemon balm since forever and it was deemed safe for use in pregnancy. I needed something because those pregnancy hormones were driving me insane. I would panic about everything, almost daily, and I dont have a history of anxiety, or take anti anxiety meds or anything in the past. I take only the lowest mL amount (15 drops), and I'm calm and more rational for the whole day. I think it would be worse for my baby for me to take anti-anxiety or anti-depressants for anxiety like Wellbutrin or something...if the American Pregnancy Association and Health Canada say it is safe along other herbals, I thought, I would take it. On Reddit, anecdotally, other women took it every day and had safe pregnancies. Honestly, I think me panicking every day and entering emotional crises because of darn hormones was doing more harm to my baby than any good. I was stressing over absolutely everything, fearful, and lemon balm really just stops my thoughts from running in every direction and feeling fearful. I simply function better and feel better overall, and my poops have also become more regular and pregnancy constipation has eased a lot too.
