I love the mango flavor and have no issues downing it w/out adding anything else like juice or water. I have been taking it for over 1 year consistently. I have absolutely noticed my skin improvements from - texture, wrinkles, firmness - all have improved. My hair has been growing like a weed and the shine is lovely! I often get compliments on my skin and hair! Hasn't seemed to help my nails though. Ah well - can't expect the world! My only concern is that the price has skyrocketed!
