how does the new amino sclupt differ frrom the old?

A couple of differences. AminoSculpt Original is sweetened with crystalline fructose. AminoSculpt Sugar-Free is sweetened with stevia. AminoSculpt Original uses the preservatives sodium benzoate and potassium sorbate. AminoSculpt Sugar-Free uses polylysine as a natural preservative. AminoSculpt Sugar-Free is also available in two flavors (cherry and mango), AminoSculpt Original is only available in cherry. Hope this helps.

I'm worried about the mold how do you avoid that

The mold issue highlighted by a number of reviewers stemmed from a single defective batch of product from late 2016. Specifically there was a faulty cap and seal, which caused premature spoilage of the product. We worked with our partners to remove this product from circulation and will (still even today) issue a replacement or refund to any customer affected by this issue.
