is it washable? if yes how many times i can wash it

If you are referring to the 3M N95 mask, you must use it only once then dispose if off. It is not meant to be re-used, and certainly should not be washed. This is a very good and safe mask - hence costs a bit. It remains safe when you dispose it off after one use and use a fresh one the next time. In instances when you need a mask for a short trip with less risk of exposure (like in your car to the ATM or something like that) then use another cloth or surgical mask for such short trips.
