I have taken Naproxen for 14 years without any ill effects. I try to take the Magnesium sometimes 3 times a week. I know that a person's magnesium levels can fall, and I would only use 21st Century Products, and have for many years.

Este produto me deu uma forte reação alérgica, a partir do momento que tomei, comecei com coriza e depois veio uma forte dor de cabeça e inchaço nos olhos, tomei um antialérgico imediatamente, consegui dormir mas ainda acordei com dor de cabeça. Fiquem atentos aos componentes da formula que estão em inglês, pra mim, com certeza deve ter sido a alga, na embalagem está em inglês.
