I wasn’t sure if 9 cups would be a large enough capacity but it’s perfect—with room to spare. My zucchini has been coming in like crazy in my garden and I shredded 3 zucchini within minutes. This processor shreds so cleanly without making it mushy. It’s surprisingly quiet and I love that it’s dishwasher friendly. The suction cup at the bottom is great too because it keeps it in place. I even used it to make chocolate date & cashew bites which almost killed my mini processor. The Ninja had no problems whatsoever and I was able to make a double batch within minutes.
