One set was for a bathtub shower and the other was for a walk-in shower using the ceiling mounted shower head. We had a professional installer who didn’t mention any challenges with installing the units. They have been in for several weeks now and are just perfect for our new bathrooms. The volume of the water from the shower head water pressure is strong and heavy while still being a lower flow overall. We love the added handheld as well. The only issue we had was the ceiling mount arm was only about 8 inches and it seemed too short. I tried to contact the company but no response so we just purchased a longer 12 inch compatible arm on desertcart and used that in place of the 8in arm. Metal color matches perfect and you can’t tell it came from another item. Worth every penny and very fancy feeling! Review: Great customer support!!! - We are so happy with this shower system! It looks and functions great. We installed it just over a year ago during a bathroom remodel, and the plumber who installed it was very complimentary of the quality. Unfortunately, during the installation he must have damaged the threads of the spray wand wall mount plumbing connection. We didn’t discover this for over a year after installation, so I contacted Iriber to see if I could purchase a replacement part. Instead, they immediately shipped me a replacement part for free! Such great service after the sale! ## Features - Package include: 1*12 inch Square rain shower head（304 stainless steel）, 1*hand shower head（Brass）, 1*7.9 inches ceiling shower arm（Brass）, 1*1.5M or 59 inches shower hose（304 stainless steel），1*shower holder（Brass）, 1*shower mixer control valve（Brass）. - Consealed installation:Concealed installation de sistema de ducha design to make your bathroom neat, beautiful and space-saving,If you want to replace your old shower system, please contact us, we will give you advice. - Air pressure and self-clean nozzle rain shower head: Inject the air into rain Shower head to mix water with air, giving you a pleasant Shower time；with self-clean nozzle, easy to clean and maintain. - Pressure balance valve: Pressure balance valve can avoid scalds by sudden change of water pressure, and protect your family member especially elder and children. - US NPT 1/2 connector, no adapter required. With installation instructions in the package, easy to install. ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B087F43L64 | | Best Sellers Rank | #178,674 in Tools & Home Improvement ( See Top 100 in Tools & Home Improvement ) #732 in Bathtub & Shower Trim Systems | | Brand | Iriber | | Brand Name | Iriber | | Color | Brushed Gold | | Customer Reviews | 4.5 out of 5 stars 123 Reviews | | Finish Type | Brushed Gold | | Finish Types | Brushed Gold | | Handle Material | Brass | | Head Size | 12 inches | | Included Components | 12 Inch SUS 304 Stainless Steel Square Rainfall Shower Head, Brass Handheld Faucet Valve, Arm, 1.5M/59 Inches Hose, Holder | | Item Weight | 5.31 kg | | Manufacturer | IRIBER HOME | | Manufacturer Part Number | RB12HG-C | | Material | Copper | | Material Type | Copper | | Model Number | RB12HG-C | | Mounting Type | Ceiling Mount | | Number Of Handles | 1 | | Number of Handles | 1 | | Number of Items | 1 | ## Product Details - **Brand:** Iriber - **Color:** Brushed Gold - **Finish Type:** Brushed Gold - **Material:** Copper - **Number of Handles:** 1 ## Images ![- Iriber Brushed Gold Ceiling Mount Rain Shower System with 12 Inch Shower Head and Handheld Bathroom Golden Shower Set Contain Shower Faucet Mixer Trim Kit (Valve Cartridge Included) - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71mpSv-IaZL.jpg) ## Available Options This product comes in different **Color** options. ## Questions & Answers **Q: how do i get a replacement cartridge?** A: Please contact us through Amazon email, so that we can check your purchase information, thank you **Q: Does this system has back flow water prevention** A: YES **Q: The rain head and the handheld both run at the same time.
