Unworry Magic Painting Book

This really is a “magic” paint with water book! So when I was young, there were these paint with water books that had colored pixel like patterns on them. When you added water using a brush, those pixel like patterns would kind of turn into colored paint. Melissa and Doug still has some of those like “Melissa and Doug My First Paint with Water” This product is similar to those BUT you do not see those colored pixel like patterns on the page. What you see are black and white images and the magic is when you apply water, the colors magically appear! My mind is a little blown! While the Melissa and Doug My First Paint With Water has black outlines and colored water soluble ink, it makes it easer to know when to rinse your brush and what lines you can just paint over without making the colors running all over and turning to brown. The Unworry Magic Painting Book doesn’t have those water soluble colors visible. So you will need to paint within the logical lines. If you don’t then the colors will run into each other. It is really fun to see the colors magically appear when you apply water. I’m not sure this would be ideal for younger children, but if they just want to have fun and watch magic colors appear, then this is great! For my elderly loved one with dementia, this was sort of fun to see the colors magically appear, but not so fun when the colors all bled together and then everything was just random colors. I think this is worth it but just know how this might differ from other paint with water products :)

Obsessed. Received one as a gift for my 4 year old. She loves them but not as much as me - I've finished 4 books in 4 weeks. My other favorite is their famous paintings book.

My 3 & 1 year old love to paint & this momma also loves it because it leaves no messes!! All you need is water 😍 will be buying more!

These books are so awesome. Both my 1 year old & my 13 year old loved them! I got this one for my 13 year old and she loved the positive, grounding prompts. The only complaint she had was the colors are pretty monotone, and she would have preferred if the flowers were more dimensional. Definitely a fun book, I will be buying more!

If your kid (or you) love paints but not the mess these qre perfect for those time you cant bring the entire craft desk with you.

Love this book. It’s very calming and fun

It says there are 16 different images to work from, but there are 32 pages in the book. What is on the other pages? Are there duplicates? How many actual watercolor pages are there ? Why can't I ask questions? Can I get some help please?

I simply love this product wayyy too much!! It truly helped me relax and I enjoyed stroking the paint brush against the designs as it generated beautiful colors! I cannot emphasize how amazing this book is and I promise that you won’t regret buying this if your someone like me who was looking for a way to relax and have a stress free moment!

So cool! Made for kids or adults. I used to like to do the adult colouring books but found that with my personality type, I was stressing about what the perfect colour was each time I picked up a crayon :) This is a fine paintbrush and you just use water to create the colour. You can swirl the water the make various patterns. Very relaxing and meditative. High quality paper. I only wish there were more for adults as they are hard to find.
