I know the item description said “real” and “once fired” casings, but to be honest I really didn’t think these were going to be real casing because it’s the internet after all. But opening the package I saw that it was true, these are actual real brass casing that have been fired once before. Because these are brass, the will more than likely fade after a while but that’s fixable with Bartenders friend to keep that polished look. These did fit my tire valves on my ‘23 Grand Cherokee without issue and were easy to install. For sure a great buy and a great way to freshen up the look if you have black and silver wheels.

These are real .40 casings with threaded plastic inserts. One of the four, the plastic insert was not glued in properly and would spin inside the casing. I was able to get it completely tightened down on the second try. On the other three, the inner plastic would not spin. The inner plastic will not come out either so that I could add super glue. That's also a good thing though, so it doesn't fly off of your tire. The other issue is that I liked the chrome look in the photo. That's part of why I ordered them. They are not shiny chrome. They have a much more dull finish. I'm still rocking them though.....Merica!!!

I'm . . . not really sure what kind of review . . . one could write about this? Like, they're air valve stem caps . . . they do what they are supposed to . . . they stop things from bumping the pressure release valve and letting air out of your tire. If you're looking at these . . . you think bullets are cool and want shell casings on your tires . . . yes, they look like shell casings . . . yes, it is neat . . . go ahead and buy them.

These Rock! The automotive tire tech decided to Steal my 4 matching Stainless Steel valve caps on a very recent tire install...and put ONE Plastic black pos on after putting SIX oz of weight on ONE gd wheel. Once I saw these online by needing new ones I wanted these BeFoRe I go back as a visual warning. Thanks
