Review: Good slow cooker - This is a replacement of my slowcooker. I'm really pleased with it so far. It could look complicated but it's actually very straightforward to use. You can set it to manual and cook as you need. Or you can use some of the automatic timings. They're not always suitable, I see what finish time it suggests and then choose whether to go with it or set it manually. I'm glad it switches to Keep Warm once it's finished cooking. I always switch it off at the wall when I'm finished with it and I really like that it remembers the time of day when I turn it back on, so the finished cooking time on the automatic setting is accurate. The only downside for me is that you can't set it to delay the start of the cooking time, e.g. it cooks for 8 hours but a delay timer means it won't start yet for another 2, for instance. My old one did this and I can't seem to find another that does it. But overall I'm still happy with this, especially how massive it is. Downside is the weight of the ceramic pot, but you can cook a whole chicken it without fighting it in.

A: Not sure on the temperature that you can possible reach 
Bit yes you can select manually 
To be honest I just select off the pre programs and have used them all and it always is perfect when finish 
So I would give it 10/10 for what it says on the box
