Tear off a piece of the pre-cut Super Floss strand (about 18 inches). 2. Hold the strand tightly between your thumb and index fingers, about 1 inch from the stiffened end. 3. Insert the stiffened end between the teeth and gently slide it under the archwire or between the teeth and gums to the gumline. 4. Curve the floss around the tooth and gently move it up and down against the side of each tooth to clean around appliances and in wide spaces. 5. The Oral-B Team **Q: Are these reusable or single use, if reusable, how many times can they be reused?** A: The end is supposed to remain stiff, but sadly it bends about 1/4 " after just 1 use , after 1 time., rendering it useless. My solution is to just cut off the end with a scissor when this happens. Keep cutting, and you can re-use it several times, sometimes several days , until the end is no longer stiff and viable. **Q: Ingredients list?, please.** A: I do not see any ingredients list on the box anywhere.
