Good value
This thing works perfectly for me. It was easy to assemble, I think it took me two hours or so to put together. I like that it’s compact and you can fit it in a small space indoors. Honestly this is exactly what I needed. One comment though, it says that it supports 330 pounds, I’m not sure about that. Can’t say the exact limit of course, but if I had to guess I’d say over 220 may be risky business. Just my opinion, I could be wrong all the way. But again, for me it’s a good fit and I’m happy with my purchase.

Husband's favorite purchase of the year
My husband and I are homebodies and fairly sedentary, and we were starting to notice some back pain and other issues. The solution was to start looking for things to build a home gym with-- things that would fit in our small apartment, that is. After a lot of research and looking for deals, we found this, and it has been great! My husband likes to hang from it to help stretch out his back and I have been slowly increasing my upper body strength on it. We don't have the best spot for it, since the apartment doesn't have anywhere that it will fit perfectly unobtrusively, but we did what we could and it's in a fairly reasonable place, not taking up too much space or blocking the path. It did take both of us to assemble it, as I helped hold the pieces in place as my husband screwed things together, but it was very easy to put together, and I bet my husband could have done it by himself (albeit in a possibly longer span of time). As far as sturdiness goes, I like to climb up onto it like a monkey on a tree, using that center beam for my feet to stand on, and this does cause the thing to tip up on one end ever so slightly, but it never feels like it's in danger of going anywhere, and I don't do stunts on it. I judge it to be pretty stable. We've had this item for just around a year now and we're very happy with it. My husband finds it indispensable to his daily morning routine.

For the price, great
I work out every day. Ive been using this for a few years. Im 195 and will do a 100 pullups day kind of workout (not at once). I do hangs, I do dips. I use the cross bar to do tricep extensions on with body weight (I stack weight on the front feet so it doesnt tip over). Only negatives Ill give: 1. The vertical stabilizers are right where I want my hands for pullups. 2. The outside grips rotate, I took them off and wrapped the bar in tennis racket grip 3. The frame twists for pullups when its fully extended. Im 6 foot and it gets a bit twisty. Enforces good form, Im not super worried about it. So, some flaws, but for the price its 2 years of every day use and Ive gone from 175lbs to 195lbs. Would buy again.

Very good for the price, Item is as shown in listing.
This pull up bar is a 10 out of 10 it is exactly what I needed. It’s compact and all around as expected. This pull up bar was very easy to assemble, it’s very easy use, it came with no missing parts, and overall very sturdy. Has very nice stability which was one thing I was worried about due tot he hight I would have to set it, all around I am a 6ft 3in 200 pound man and it works perfect for me. I highly recommend for the price. Another thing I want to point is the fact it arrived so quickly, I received it within 3 days of ordering!!

Sturdy tower.
This is sturdier than I thought it would be. The difference between the product photos and the customer photos had me a little sketchy, but when I got it set up, it's plenty strong. I'm 6'2 220, and it holds me up fine.

Decent
A bit wobbly on its own. Needs weights on the legs for stability. Would love it if it was a but wider, and had the hand holds in the middle come out a bit more. As is feels too small for my frame

Good for Price
Surprisingly stable, given how flimsy it looks. That said, remember this is not a built-into-ground pull-up bar. So avoid hard swinging while your body weight is hanging from it or I’m pretty sure the screws will need tightening again very very soon. I’m 6ft and 175lbs. So naturally, I feel this bar is a little low for me. Also, if you usually do chin-ups or pull-ups with your legs straightened in front of you, you won’t be able to do so as the stabilizing bar in the center will get in the way. Will need to get used to bending your legs backwards. Assembly was a little confusing at first (I’m not a handy person). Let’s just say their instructions aren’t as detailed as IKEA’s. But shouldn’t be an issue for most. Also the product is very light and can easily be moved around if needed. Good investment, overall.

5 stars
Just finished setting it up. Wasn’t too sure if it would hold a 286 pound man but it does without any problems. Not wobbly like the other reviews say, you just got to tighten it up pretty good that’s all. Will hold 300 plus pounds no problem. Height is adjustable, touches my basement roof on the last setting. 5 stars in my opinion!!!

LE PONGO 5 ESTRELLAS POR LAS SIGUIENTES RAZONES
