This is very a good Mullein supplement. I started with another brand that worked well. I ran out of it and looked for a bigger bottle. This Mullein is twice the liquid ounces as the first one so I’m trying it. I get a lot of drainage and the Mullein is the only thing that seems to help it

Doing a great job in clearing out mucus from the chest and breathing has improved as hoped.

What a great product! It gets to work right away. First day I got it I only took 1 dropper which is 1ml but you can take up to 3ml. I was coughing up phlegm pretty good for like 2 days. I recently quit smoking and its hard to find a product that feels like its actually helping. Makes me want to keep going! Only thing I would say is take with caution, if you have kidney issues.

I was very sceptical but gave it a try. I use an inhaler several times a day and a preventer im a life long smoker. My lungs felt like hard wet sponges, very hard to breathe. After about two weeks my breathing is so so much better, hardly using an inhaler. I have been coughing up vast amounts of flem. I can't remember my chest feeling so clear, light and airy so to speak. That's my opinion for what it's worth.
