Make sure you ask your family to hide the box and give it to you only after you beg for it. Bcoz you will do anything to get to it. One piece after other, you will eventually regret that the box is empty. Please do not do this mistake. Make sure who ever hides it, you can trust them that they won't eat it up. Good luck. Also blue box is slightly better than red.

A: No, there is no egg in Sohan. 
Sohan is known as a traditional sweets of Qom city, IRAN. The ingredients includes: wheat sprout, sugar, rose water, butter, pistachio and Saffaron.  It can be produced in different shapes, like thin, cubic, etc. It might have Gaz, another famous sweet from Isfahan city IRAN, inside. Moreover, it can be produced in a dense liquid as a dessert.

**Q: How many pieces are in the box?**
A: There three separate packages with a round the size of the box . You break the round to the size of pieces you wish to eat. Sooo, depending on how you eat it, it can last several days or if you are like me, eat a whole pakage each day so then it only lasts three days.

**Q: Where is it made?**
A: They're made in Iran, and they're delicious!

**Q: Is this soft or hard?**
A: It almost has the texture of a sugar cookie. Compared to other types of brittle, I think it’s quite soft.
