I bought a tube from Amazon on January 2018 and used about half of it then. In February 2021, I used part of the remainder to fill in some drill holes in some wood furniture that I was repairing. So for me, I got a 3-year shelf life out of it. The trick to keeping it fresh is to keep the outer foil on the remaining amount (only cut off what you need to use), wrap the whole thing in plastic wrap, and then put it back in the plastic tube and secure the cap. **Q: Will it fill in gaps? Has help up great on the front fender and windscreen which are both relatively low stress areas. It cracked after one race weekend on my tail section that is much higher stress and vibration and apparently needs to be more flexible. For my tail section I wound up using long glass bondo hair and some fabric scraps which did the trick. It's really tacky and starts sticking to your gloves immediately so sort of hard to make anything thin.
