Review: Everything I expected it to be - After staying in a Residence Inn, I looked at the pillow label and found that Marriott sells it. I almost didn't buy because of the negative reviews, but I decided to try it. I'm so glad I did. I got a queen size and it's much fuller than the one in the hotel. I suppose because 100's of people haven't slept on it. I like this pillow because it does sink in the middle and support your side to side movement. and when you do sleep on your side you can ball up the edge to give yourself good neck support.

This pillow helps me - a person who sleeps on her back or side - avoid the kind of neck pain I get with other pillows. It gives me support where I need it, but doesn't press hard anywhere. I can shape it as I need it to be. My only complaint is that it does seem to retain too much body heat, so after half the night, I'm being awakened by an uncomfortably-hot neck, and so have to flip the pillow over. Otherwise, I am totally pleased.
