Does anyone else lose the cursor? I place it in the identical place and I seriously do not know where it goes, even when double clicking.

Yes I also experience that and hope that they fix this bug one day. Just a typical malfunction. I am pretty sure you have figured out that the best way to get it back is to disconnect (pull off) the whole keyboard from the ipad for just a second and reconnect it, and it should be as good as new. I also wish that the cursor was customizable with a small emoji/image or color since the new dark mode feature that majority prefer, its so hard to find and navigate where it went. First world problems lol!

What’s the best way to clean the natural oils from your hands off the outside of the case?

I just purchased Whoosh. A non toxic spray safe for all screens. Including TV’s. Just use it with a micro fiber cloth.

Can you also fold the keyboard behind the tablet when using it in tablet mode?

If you look in the products description there is a section regarding this. Though the keyboard does not fold behind the tablet like a normal keyboard case, it does completely detach as it is only magnetically held on to the ipad via the connectors on the side of it!
