Tires and wheels features high pressure (80 psi) tires and tube with a custom designed tread pattern with aggressive knobs for traction in the dirt and a center rib for smooth rolling on paved surfaces. I can see it lasting for years and hold way more than the 220 pound limit. The tires are fine. I bought this particular scooter because so many of the others had reports of plastic parts that broke. The only plastic on here is the rear fenders which serves as a friction brake. I hadn't ridden a scooter in years but was able to hop on this with no problem. Nice solid platform and I really like the wider handle bars. Only thing I would have liked to see is adjustable height on the handle bars. Worth the money. The neighborhood kids think I'm cool. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Flat Tires, but great scooter *by J***5 on Reviewed in the United States on August 8, 2018* As I read in other reviews, ours came with pinched tubes, which is why I rated it 4 stars instead of 5. I contacted Razor and they sent out replacement tubes at no cost, but it tooks several days to receive. Luckily we are able to perform the replacement and have had zero problems since. If you are not mechanical enough, you will need to find a bike shop to switch out the tubes, consequently costing you extra. My son is rough with scooters, and so far (1 month) the scooter has been great and he is very happy. I would highly recommend the scooter and hopefully Razor is listening and addresses their manufacturing assembly deficiency. ### ⭐⭐ Bad tire problem *by S***9 on Reviewed in the United States on December 30, 2018* This is a real nice dirt scooter, strong and durable I think. It came with the front tube pinched between the hubs and would not hold air, tried patching it, no luck, tried slime, no luck, Finally had to just order a replacement tube and I am hoping it will not pinch as My son has not even had the chance to ride his Christmas present yet.
