Second one we have, I like it better than the Ridged one. Germany for the win.

Quality just not there
We have continued to have issues with this threader, issues that I have never came across running a rigid. We have been threading stainless conduit with the CORRECT stainless steel dies and the teeth just continue to break after we have threaded 2 pipes. We brought the issue up to Ronthenberger and they claimed that we tampered with the machine they claimed they fixed it and sent the refurbished head back out and issues just still continue to pile with teeth getting to hot. Would not buy this equipment if you are working in a industrial plant and have to continue to have a functioning machine. Not quality.

I am a certified gas fitter and have used theaders in the past and don't see a difference so far. Of course how long it lasts etc only time will tell but so far great product.

The threader cuts and threads pipe as advertised. The cutters are easy to switch, when you have to change pipe size. It comes with 4 individual legs that slide into a recess at the 4 corners of machine, not the fold up stand in picture.{ You would think the seller could have come up with a more accurate picture of product.} I don't know how long it will last, hence only a 4 star rating, but I'm looking forward to putting it to work threading many miles of gas pipe.
