Can I spray this with a baby at home?

Babies are not mentioned specifically but it does say under Precautionary Statements that it is harmful humans and animals and says also that it is harmful or fatal if swallowed. Yt further states that contact w/ skin and/or clothing must be avoided. It concludes w/ a first aid sector that is a bit lengthy. BTW, one should always read insectitcide labels very carefully before using them. As to killing all sorts of flying insects, I am happy to report that dragonflies seem to immune to the spray. But beware if ye be bees, hornets, wasps, stinging insects, gnats, mosquitoes or flies! Hope this helps. I'd recommend removing the infant from the rooms/areas to be sprayed and keep them away for an hour to allow the sprat to dissipate.

If I spray it in my living room and am unable to ventilate as there are bugs outside as well is it ok to just stay in a room with the doors closed?

I wouldn't breathe it in for very long.  Can you spray it and then leave the room for a little bit?  Or can you open a door briefly?

I know this is flying insect killer, but will it kill large roaches if sprayed directly on them?

Nope! You need the more powerful Hot Spot Crawling Insect Killer Spray for that pest! They have been around since the Egyptians and are an offshoot of the scarab aka dung beetles- well  over 5K years! You cannot drown them either nor does crushing them or burning get rid of them! Had to have my old house fumigated to get rid of the little vermin! Good luck!
