I have canned so much since I purchased it. It's small but big enough for me. From dried beans to turkey and beef and meatballs. Not too heavy for me. I'm a senior citizen now and can't lift as much...

Worked great.
Canned white beans. Worked great but used it outside after pressure cooking with a one-pot I felt this would let off too much steam in the house. We put it on a camping stove and it worked like a charm. Waiting for the weather to cool off a bit to try a second batch.
