I noticed pain relief from the first use and better standing posture also. My only suggestion to improve this unit would be better ankle padding, but considering I'm only on the unit for a few minutes at a time and the back pain relief is so good, definitely not a deal breaker. Overall the price is excellent, the construction and materials are of good quality and the health benefits make this a "Must Have" for personal maintenance. It was delivered quickly and all parts included, even a hex wrench and 2 open-end wrenches, I recommend a socket set for faster assembly, but hey, it's a total package worth the time and money. This table works great and would support a taller, much heavier person. I choose the model with pre selected inversion angles ( no adjustment strap) and I like it. It just saves time etc. The rollers that hold your ankles are mounted offset, The back pair is higher than the front. Way more comfortable than those that are not.... Really helps me stretch my back to relieve back spasms. This is an excellent buy at this price. It was easy to put together, don't be fooled by the silly negative reviews on assembly, it's easy. The packaging could have been better, it was pretty beat up once it got to my army Korea post office. I may have over used it the first time, I woke up a little sore, but it's a great product.
