Me and my partner decided we would finally go Vegan in the new year, so for Christmas I purchased him this book to try and get some decent recipes to refer to.We've been using this every week since! I think we've nearly cooked everything from it and I don't think there's been a single recipe we didn't like. I would definitely recommend one recipe in particular, the black pesto spaghetti. It is made from black olives and herbs with a crispy breadcrumb topping on the spaghetti - I promise you it is absolutely delicious.All of the recipes are fairly easy and quick to make, as promised by the title and I feel like there aren't too many items that are hard to find from your local supermarket, as can sometimes be the case with other recipe books.We're now considering the other BOSH cookbook to expand the collection of vegan recipes we have available to us. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Best of the Bosh books *by on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 21 December 2023* I have several of this series, but this is my favourite, with recipes that I have made over and over again, such as the lemon, courgette and crispy caper salad and the broccoli mango and miso salad. I’ve been vegetarian for 7 years now & I’m trying to go vegan and this book is a big game changer! I’m lazy when it comes to cooking and the problem with vegan is often you can’t make things quick and there isn’t a lot of cheap vegan ready meals in super markets. I have their other normal vegan cook book too as I cannot get enough of their recipes. For Christmas dinner last year we done the Mushroom Wellington and OMG!!!
