it was damaged

I purchased this for a confirmation gift. When it arrived, I opened the package and saw it was in there. I did not take it out of the plastic bag. I just did so to get it ready for the gift giving, and one of the glass beads is shattered. Now I am way beyond my return date. It is my own fault for not inspecting it completely upon arrival. Do so if you buy them as they are GLASS!

Beautiful product beads are heavy glass has a nice feel the only thing I would change is give the center piece and crucifix a little more wight to them other than that it's a perfect product
