I'm writing this review in October of 2020 and I'm feeling extra weighed down by the heaviness of the year (though I know the content will be applicable in any year because, unfortunately, anxiety and fear will always be something we all have to manage). CREATE YOUR OWN CALM came into my life at the perfect moment. I've been working through it and the thoughtful prompts ground me and bring me back to what is most important. I can tackle it piece by piece or work through several pages at once, it's kind of a choose your own adventure. The journaling part is great but so is the art! The quotes add important Iperspective...plus they're beautiful! I love having this sit on my coffee table because it's so darn pretty. Every page is a masterpiece. I will be buying these for friends!
