Plymouth 1002 adhesion

I just opened a roll of this tape, which I had bought 2 years ago, to have when needed. Apparently it doesn't survive it's own packaging (which was sealed, up to this point. Tape not only doesn't stick to other types of tape, it can't even stick to itself. Very disappointed.
