The sound and fit works well. I do say that the distance from my computer is no allowing to walk super far before it starts to crack up the sound but it's still a great headset.

Love the design and overall feel of it. The buttons are very convenient too. I really like it a lot and wish I could use it regularly...but I can't. It works well with Teams and has good sound quality. But it seems that is the only time it has such good sound quality. I make like 50+ phones call daily for my job, and this headset just isn't loud enough for me to hear the other party as clearly as I would prefer.

Bluetooth works fine. battery life is decent. Easily connected fine and the dock is convenient. But the sound quality is atrocious.

I love this for with and to take asking in the car or mowing the lawn!

I bought this because the software I use at work suddenly stopped being compatible with the headset I had. This was on the list of "approved" headsets. The sound quality was garbage- it sounded like everyone I talked to was really far away. They had trouble hearing me as well. At one point it just kept disconnecting and would reconnect after 10-20 seconds, which was absolutely terrible when I was on the phone with a customer. I could understand if I was up walking around, but I was at my computer, the headset was at most 3 feet from the Bluetooth dongle. After only 5 hours of work my ear hurt from wearing. Definitely NOT worth the price tag.

My spouse uses it at home, she reported it really cancels the noise, comfortable work normal office routine.

Pros: Excellent battery life (10+ hours intermittent use), great audio quality, not-too-sensitive a mic Cons: On occasion Mute gets stuck and cannot be turned off - could be a weird issue with Genesys and Teams using the headset on the same machine

Je l’ai essayé une fois et j’ai dû demandé un remboursement car la connexion coupait toujours. Je ne pouvais même pas me rendre à la salle de bain juste à côté de mon bureau! Il ne m’ont même pas remboursé la moitié du montant que j’ai payé. Je recommande pas dutout, mauvais service.

Bluetooth interface with laptop does not work. There is a lag between when you speak and when others pick your comments up. Also, extremely poor sound quality for people on the other end. Works only slightly better when wired to the computer. I could have paid 1/3 and just got an analog device hooked up to my computer. Works better with the phone but that's not what I intended when I bought this device...
