It is very high quality, thick tape with a great adhesive backing! **Q: Does concrete walkway need to be cleaned for adhesive to work well?** A: Not sure if required, but I did. **Q: I want do an address sign off the highway, do you know how far the visability is with car headlights** A: I am not 100% sure how far you can see it! Probably want to use some sort of LED sign? Without seeing the distance I can't give you an accurate answer!
