I'm not going to count them, but I would estimate it only has every other red LED compared to the picture.This isn't a big deal for me, it's still very easy to tell it says "OPEN". The product pictures on the page actually don't do the lit sign justice...the sign I got is BRIGHT! I spelled it with capitals, because it really is that intense - the blue LED's are so bright they hurt to look at. There's no doubt in my mind that someone will be able to see this sign lit up from across the street on a bright summer's day! ### ⭐⭐⭐ Alright product, bad shipping *by O***I on Reviewed in the United States on 5 January 2014* The product itself seems to be fine (I've received it only yesterday, so I cannot comment on durability), but shipping was disappointing. The product came with large scratches on the frame, revealing shiny metal on the black surface. The protective film on the frame seems to do nothing, other than being an annoyance. It takes some effort to remove it all. Also, when the LEDs are off, it doesn't look very nice, since all LEDs are transparent white.
